School laminators generally
must conform to two rules.
- They should be relatively inexpensive.
- They must be safe.
Of course different classes and ages will have very different needs, so
a junior school will have different needs to a sixth form college art
class. As the sixth form art class area could be covered by small
business or home office use we will be looking at more junior or
teacher controlled environments.
Pouch laminators are the easiest laminating machines to use so are
perfect for small school projects and younger children. Roll laminator
tend to be used by older students who have larger more complex needs.
As laminating machines can get hot all children should be supervised
with their use.
Laminating can be a great way to preserve children’s work or to present
it in a more professional manner.
